It’s a great way to relieve aggression and get those endorphins going! This full body workout will engage your legs, core, back, shoulders, and arms while improving muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll also improve coordination, agility, and get fit without fighting!

Group Personal Training

The L.A.B.’s Elite Personal Training Programs personalized to each individual’s goals offered up in a group setting. This is still very much Personal Training and modeled after The L.A.B.’s most successful body composition program. 6 days of training to include strength training, cardio/conditioning, core and mobility.
