Educating

Each of our personal trainers must have previous experience in the field, specific education and particular certifications. An extensive apprenticeship program takes place that is designed by founder, Justin T. Thacker. His soaring expectations and scrutiny maintain one of the highest success rates in the area.

Evolving

Each of our personal trainers must have previous experience in the field, specific education and particular certifications. Empowering

Whether you workout with a group, on your own or 1-on-1 with a trainer you will be surrounded by people with similar struggles, accomplishments, and goals. The atmosphere is filled with energy to keep you motivated and determined. On any given day you would witness a 74 year old hit a new PR on deadlifts, a junior in high school learning how to properly use dumbbells, or converse with someone during cardio who recovered from a massive heart attack. Each member has a story and we encourage sharing to empower others.

Membership Options

The L.A.B. Gym offers three levels of membership. Each “level” is designed to help our members reach their goals.

Open Gym

Designed to unleash the inner badass in you while and grants you access OUTSIDE of class times.

GROUP TRAINING

For those of you who want access to the gym AND want a little extra help. Our “Group Training” memberships grant access to Coach led training times 6 days per week, programming and 24 hour access.

Nutrition

Nutrition Counseling is also now available online. Adhering to the optimal eating plan in order to reach your health and fitness goals is where many people struggle. Whether your goals are fat loss, muscle gain or specific health issues, ongoing nutrition counseling sessions can be a tremendous resource, source of support and accountability you need to succeed.
