Squats have progressed from empty barbell to 225/3 with A form. – NOW DOES THIS FOR 5 SETS
Barbell Deadlifts from the floor with A form, 205/3 – NOW 215/3 x 5
Bench 125/3 paused – NOW DOES THIS FOR 5 SETS
Dips weighted with 15 pounds for sets of 5+ – NOW ADDS 25 POUNDS FOR 5 SETS OF 5
Pullups/chinups bodyweight for sets of 5-10 – NOW SETS OF 5 WITH 5-10 POUNDS ADDED
26 chest to ground pushups at the end of a workout – NOW 28

Does everything she can to never miss a workout, even if it means coming in 3 days straight or right off the plane.
