Standard, Open Gym, Training Memberships, Programming & Group Membership Options

Standard Gym Access Options: 

*Month to Month – $80 per month

**6 Month Term – $50 per month

**12 Month Term – $30 per month

Open Gym Access

Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman & Cross Training Access Membership:

grants access to equipment OUTSIDE of class times.

~Team L.A.B., Group Training and Cross Training classes are NOT included~ 

*Month to Month – $150 per month

**6 Month Term – $100 per month

**12 Month Term – $80 per month

Personal Training and Programming Memberships: 

A Personal Training Membership includes 1 on 1 Training Sessions,

Standard Gym Access with a Customized Training Program.

You pick the frequency a Trainer will work with you

3x per week, 2x per week, or 1x per week

Additional sessions are available at a reduced rate.

3 month commitment minimum required for this option

6 and 12 month options available

Simply want programming?

Personalized Programming and Program Access

Our Training Staff will tailor a program, with weekly correspondence, specific to you and your goals!

Access to The L.A.B.’s program vault

Literally years of programming.  It’s been called, “the most extensive program library in the industry” 

Both options are great for the self motivated types!

Group Memberships:

Groups of 6 or more can take advantage of 10% off of term fees.
