Whether your goals are fat loss, muscle gain or specific health issues, ongoing nutrition counseling sessions can be a tremendous resource, source of support and accountability you need to succeed.
Online Nutrition Counseling sessions are generally conducted via skype. After completing a health history form, your initial hour long session session will be to go over the diet that is recommended for you!
You will have a follow up session 7-10 days later to see how you are doing on the plan and answer any questions. You can email questions between sessions, which will generally be scheduled every 2 weeks.
