  • Strongman Event:  The Metalocalypse at The Lab Gym: Strongman and Strongwoman Competition (United States Strongman, Inc.)
                                                                                                                                                         

    • Divisions:  Strongman (Novice, Open, Masters): Lightweight (148, 165), Middleweight (198, 220), Heavyweight (242, 275), SHW (308, 308+). Strongwoman (Novice, Open, Masters): Lightweight (123, 132), Middleweight (148, 165), Heavyweight (181, 198), SHW (199+).(*Must have 5 athletes in each weight class or will be combined.)                          
    • Events:
      • Event 1: Log Clean & PressDetails: Max reps log clean and press every rep with a 60 second time limit (must clean every rep). Log must touch the ground each rep.
      • Event 2: Tire FlipDetails: 80ft tire flip run. Entire tire must clear the finish line. 60 second time limit.
      • Event 3: Car DeadliftDetails: Straps allowed. No
        sumo stance. Suits allowed. Athlete will be given an up and
        down command. 60 second time limit.
      • Event 4: Carry & Drag MedleyDetails: 60ft keg carry to sled drag medley (2 keg runs and 1 sled drag). 90 second time limit.
      • Event 5: Atlas Stone RunDetails: 4 Stone load run. Height to be determined. 60 second time limit.Awards: Trophies 1st-3rd for each division.
