Recommended for maintenance and lean mass gain for those more active.  Also for those with large bodyweights & lean body mass (average of 2400-2600 daily calories). For 28 day pick 224 entrees, 196 sides.  For 7 day pick 56 entrees, 49 sides.

1-Meal 1 (6:00am): Eggs & Fruit
2-Meal 2 (8:00am): Beef burger & Green beans
3-Meal 3 (10:00pm): Chicken and Asparagus
4-Meal 4 (12:00pm): Pork loin and Zucchini
5-Meal 5 (2:00pm): Salmon and Veggie medley
6-Meal 6 (4:00pm): Lettuce wrap
7-Meal 7 (7:00pm): Turkey Meatballs & Broccoli
8-Meal 8 (9:00pm): Flank Steak and Salad
