Menu Plan Details

Small plan: 3 meals, 2 snacks/day
Recommended for the fastest weight loss. The daily average calorie intake is 1200-1400 calories.  It is the ideal plan for female weight loss. For 28 day pick 84 entrees, 56 sides, 56 snacks.  For 7 day pick 21 entrees, 14 sides, 14 snacks.

Medium plan: 3 meals, 3 snacks
Recommended for fast weight loss. The daily average calorie intake is 1400-1600 calories.  It is the ideal plan for male weight loss. For 28 day pick 84 entrees, 56 sides, 84 snacks.  For 7 day pick 21 entrees, 14 sides, 21 snacks.

Large Plan: 6 meals/day
Recommended for weight loss/maintenance for those more active. Also for those with larger bodyweights & lean body mass. Average daily calories are 1800-2000. For 28 day pick 168 entrees, 140 sides.  For 7 day pick 42 entrees, 35 sides.

XL Plan: 8 meals/day
Recommended for maintenance and lean mass gain for those more active.  Also for those with large bodyweights & lean body mass. Average daily calories are 2400-2600.  For 28 day pick 224 entrees, 196 sides.  For 7 day pick 56 entrees, 49 sides.

Pre and/or Post Workout Add Ons:
Add some healthy Paleo friendly carbohydrates to your pre and/or post workout meal! For pre-workout choose from either yams, quinoa, brown rice, apple, orange, or banana.  And for post workout, choose from either yam, quinoa, or brown rice.
