The LAUNCH of an all new season of Les Mills group fitness classes at The LAB Gym is Saturday, February 2nd. It is the day before the Super Bowl, so wear your football gear and be ready to kick off this new quarter with us!
Some tweaks have been made to the Saturday Group Fitness Schedule. Pump and Combat will still begin at 8 am and 9 am, respectively. CX will start at 10 am followed by RPM beginning at 10:30 am.
LAUNCH is also the kickoff for our LAB GYM version of The Biggest Loser. If you’ve been wanting to bring your friends to try the gym for a month, now is a great time to do that while keeping that resolution you made to yourself! Teams are made up of 3 or 4 people. For those competing as teams, we will be gathering body fat percentages in the week prior to Launch and a final body fat percentage will be taken at the end of the month (a $50 value!). If you are interested in signing up a team, let Anna know by Saturday 2 Feb. so we can get all team members assessments completed.
Of course there will be prizes…
1st and 2nd place prizes will be awarded for teams 1) losing the greatest body fat % and 2) achieving the highest attendance. 1st prize: 3-month standard membership + 1 nutrition counseling session for each member of the team. 2nd prize: 10 class pass + 1 nutrition counseling session for each member of the team.
Prices are as follows:
Team of 3: $60 per person (nonmembers)
Team of 4: $50 per person (nonmembers)
Members: $20 regardless of the team size ($5 credit for each new face you bring in)
